Rest assured that Hologic will continue to cover a significant portion of the cost of these plans while offering additional benefit options aimed at protecting you financially in the event you are faced with substantial healthcare needs.

  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance

    This voluntary coverage provides cash benefits if you or your eligible enrolled dependent(s) are admitted or confined to a hospital. Coverage includes but is not limited to:

    • Illness or injury, the birth of a child, rehabilitation, substance use and mental health admissions
    • Pre-existing conditions, such as pregnancy and cancer

    Extra Bonus Perk!

    Help cover the cost of this new benefit by receiving $100 per 12-month submission period for each enrolled member who completes an annual wellness screening.

  • Each year the IRS sets the annual maximum allowed for pre-tax savings plans.

    Health Savings Account (HSA) – when enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan

    • The maximum contribution is increasing to $4,300 for employee only coverage and $8,550 for family coverage.
    • Hologic HSA contributions will remain at $700 (employee) and $1,400 (family) when enrolled in the CDHP plan the entire plan year.

    Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

    • The Health Care FSA contribution maximum is increasing to $3,300.
    • The Dependent Care FSA contribution maximum is remaining at $5,000.
  • All medical and dental plans will incur a modest premium increase. Hologic will continue to absorb a large portion of the increase in costs to lessen the impact to you.
