Hologic’s Open Enrollment runs May 13-29, 2026, for benefits coverage effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

As Hologic continues its evolution, supporting you and your family remains a top priority. Your current benefits will stay mostly the same, with a few updates starting July 1.

This site offers all you need to know about your benefits, including the Benefits Open Enrollment eGuide, summaries, comparison tools, and provider resources. Review them to choose the best plans for you and your family.

And don’t forget! You must enroll or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Savings Account (HSA) each year to participate (no HSA re-enrollment means no employer contributions). Other coverage will auto-renew if you do not wish to make any changes.

If you miss the May 29 enrollment deadline, you can only change plans within 31 days of a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce, or childbirth/adoption.
