Hologic’s Open Enrollment runs from May 15-31, 2024, with elected benefits effective from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

New this year: Elect the new EyeMed vision plan, as BCBS will no longer cover vision.

And don’t forget! Enroll or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Savings Account (HSA) (no HSA re-enrollment means no employer contributions). Other coverage will auto-renew.

If you miss the May 31 enrollment deadline, you can only change plans within 31 days of a qualifying event like marriage, divorce, or childbirth/adoption.
