Hologic’s Open Enrollment runs May 14-30, 2025, for benefits coverage effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

New this year: Hospital Indemnity Insurance  

And don’t forget! Enroll or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Savings Account (HSA) (no HSA re-enrollment means no employer contributions). Other coverage will auto-renew.

If you miss the May 30 enrollment deadline, you can only change plans within 31 days of a qualifying event like marriage, divorce, or childbirth/adoption.
